Provide feedback to Shells technical staff on technical market trends he or she sees in the field and receive market trend updates from Shell. Notify Shells technical staff of errors on Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Experience in either CISCO or HP Networks: -Hands-on experience with CISCO or HP Switches -Hands-on experience with any VOIP PBX such as Cisco Call manager or Nortel -Awareness of Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, DHCP, DNS and CA -Working knowledge of server hardware (RAID, clustering, virtualization, etc.) -Extensive experience with Microsoft System Center Family (SCOM) Strong troubleshooting skills on the above products.
