     The Accounts & Office Administrator will be responsible for: -Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency for our operations in both Egypt and Sudan. -This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, and maintaining office records. -In addition, this post will be responsible for ensuring that monthly accounts are processed, checked, verified and reconciled and the end of year procedures are completed
Qualifications    Competencies & Key Skills (functional/technical): -Minimum 3 years of experience in an office business environment -Develop and maintain productive relationships with staff, local officials, outside agencies, tourists and dignitaries at all levels to ensure the smooth running of the Region. -Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, organizing work to -meet deadlines as set by the Area Management Team. -Willing to accept increased responsibility -Able to priorities the allocation of resources in order to successfully execute agreed deadlines. -Is sensitive to the need to work flexibly, and at times, beyond conditioned working hours. -Using the resources wisely and economically -IT literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
