• Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity within the region. • Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives and activities to profitably increase shares within budgeted parameters for his assigned region. • Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with Al Adwa unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria within the assigned region. • Coordinates product management with internal and external resources (suppliers in each area) to achieve results. • Analyzes sales data and compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs within the assigned region. • Conduct survey within the assigned region based on the brief given by the Adwaa unit, gather and analyze data and issue regular report. • Run post evaluation research in each region following the sales period • Coordinate with the personal selling team within each region throughout the whole selling cycle.
Qualifications • BS/BA degree in a business administration / marketing or related field • A minimum of 2 years experience in the marketing field • Excellent English and communication skills
