- Review the Materials Resource Planning requirements daily. - Review reorder suggestions checking reorder levels, quantities and stock holding to ensure compliance to the maintenance strategy. - Follow up stock items including the creation of new materials and the identification and replacement of obsolete items. - Update the BOM (Bill of Materials) system. - Follow up the purchase to pay (P2P) process including good receipt notes (GRN) and service entry sheets (SES). - Monitor, manage and review defined KPI at business review meetings. - Undertake any other reasonable task as required (competence permitting). - Receive PIF (project information form) and RML (raw materials list) from PM DEP for new job entry. - Receive BOM, Shop Sketches from PM & check the doc. for discrepancy against PIF & insert BOM in job tracking sheet. - Ensure the shop drawings have all necessary information of materials & guideline to follow prior production. - Create cutting list & shop production order, AML ( actual materials list ) & paint calculation. - Print shop package ( BOM, Cut list, Shop sketches, paint calculation & AML ) & release to production. - Issue purchase requisition for special buy out fabricated items in BOM ( cold formed, sheeting......) - Follow up the fabrication process by monitoring the progress of projects to meet companys commitment.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
