1.Preparing all rent contracts and renewals. 2.Responsible for preparing all letters related to the company. 3.Revising and approving the messenger transportation allowances weekly. 4.Collecting, ordering and receiving food deliveries daily. 5.Answering phone calls daily. 6.Greeting visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. 7.Receiving all invoices and stamping them. 8.Sending out and receiving mail and packages to determine their significance for distribution. 9.Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence. 10.Sending faxes. 11.Coordinating with resources for printing books, business cards, stamps , trophies and revising quotation , art works for all departments and assuring of work quality. 12.Responsible for office maintenance. 13.Maintain stationary stock. 14.Paying all landline telephone bills monthly and quarterly. 15.Paying all ADSL lines bills. 16.Assisting in Extraordinary and Ordinary meetings. 17.Monthly office cash float Filling. 18.File and retrieve Company documents. 19.Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. 20.Assisting commercial manager.
Qualifications Good command of English language skills, both written and spoken. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Advanced communication skills. Time management. Action oriented. Good computer skills.
