-Act as a mentor and second line support for IT Support Specialists-Respond to technical support requests in person, via phone, or by email-Diagnose, resolve technical hardware, software and operation issues-Performing " Quality check" after solving the problem to regenerate the problem by the user-Using the proactive check list to reduce the rate of problems in each PC-Setting up equipment for employee use-Performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. -Install and perform minor repairs to hardware -Install and administrate the network devices such as routers, switches and access points, or peripheral equipment-Following design or installation specifications for all hardware devices.
Qualifications •BSc of Computer Science/ Communication Engineering •Excellent knowledge of MS Active Directory Service .Excellent experience in Networking .MCITP/MCSE is a must
