- Welcomes visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel. - Answers incoming telephone calls, forwards calls to appropriate personnel/department and takes adequate messages when required - Handles hotel bookings & travel arrangements (flight tickets, visas...etc) and manages the related invoices - Orders, receives and maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies. - Maintains the filing system and file all correspondence - Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls - Coordinates mail/courier flow in and out of the company - Supports employees in various administrative tasks as requested - Maintains the reception area safe and tidy
Qualifications - Experience of 1-2 years in similar position - Multinational company experience will be an asset - Effective Communication & Interpersonal skills - Dynamic, representative & cooperative - Can handle multi-tasks & work under pressure - Strong Organization & Follow up skills - Attendance and Punctuality - Dependable and professional - PC Literacy - University degree in any discipline
