Main Activities: Type correspondence, reports and other documents. Maintain office files. Open and distribute the mail Usage of faxes “receiving and distributing”. Usage of scanner. Usage of printer. Aramex reporting and distributing. 2. Provide support to Management Main Activities: Maintain confidential records and files given to you by the management. Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures. Prepare documents and reports on the computer. Schedule Board meetings “if requested” Air flight tickets reservation. Hotel reservation for board members and staff. Visa issuing. Main Activities: Greet and assist visitors. Answer and re-direct phones. Direct calls and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications • knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures • ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial and employee files • Effective verbal and listening communications skills • attention to detail and high level of accuracy • very effective organizational skills • computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word-processing programs • Graduated from Business Administration • Lives in Heliopolis or nearby
