- Issuing, distributing copies, updating, and superseding procedures and pertinent documents (working instructions, form, manuals, polices …,etc) for the whole processes inside the company as per the implemented management systems; - Preparing, issuing and implementing document control procedure; - Planning, preparing, conducting, and following up the internal audits on all activities inside the company as per the implemented management systems requirements; - Planning, preparing, conducting, and following up the top management review meetings to review all the management systems activities with all departments managers; - Reviewing the implementation and effectiveness of the issued corrective actions from internal audits/ customer complaints/ product recalls/ any other source; - Coordinating the certification audits that conducted by the external certification body to achieve the required certificates; - Maintaining the achieved management systems certificates by coordinating and attending the surveillance audits that conducted by the external certification body; - Establishing and following up plan of actions to implement the required actions for the certification/ surveillance audits; - Arranging and coordinating the customer audits that conducted by the customer itself or by independent third party; - Establishing, distributing to the involved parties, and following up plan of actions issued to implement the required actions from the customer audits; - Planning, Preparing, conducting, and following up the calibration activities of all equipment in the company with the external calibration bodies;
Qualifications B.Sc. Chemistry, 1-2 Experience in QA. Aware of ISO Requirements Excellent MS office

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Team Leader. Documentation Controller. Communication Skills. Full Aware of ISO Requirements.
