Do inspections and offer quotations for Architectural works and task orders - technical reports -Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement -Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned -Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations -Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock -Manage and supervise contractors’ activities -Develop financial budget and follow up monthly expenses -Monitor work quality and advise for improving performance -Develop the on-job training plan for the technical team -All damages to be reported immediately -Follow up and complete orders on system -Assure the performance quality and method -Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations --Improve the project’s profit -No budget deficiencies -Negotiate with clients “if needed”
Qualifications Excellent at English ( speaking ,reading ,writing ,…etc. )- good at drawing AutoCAD \preparing shop drawings and architectural drawings - Able to work any time morning or night \working under stress - Excellent communications skills -to deal with technicians and people \excellent at leadership - leading the technical works to the finishing - Making technical reports - Has knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures and has experience and the facility management field -has knowledge in the finishing works and materials
