Promote all Sahl Hasheesh projects, resorts, hotels, restaurants and entertainment outlets and provide all information required to attract and encourage guests to use current services. Interact with all community residents’ complaints, suggestions, recommendations or queries to feedback and ensure quality of services provided by these facilities. Report on daily basis all requirements or complaints noticed to ensure services quality. Maintain a community development administration reporting system that provides updated and accurate information for decision making. Provide reports including recommendations on ways to solve major complains received by guests safeguarding ERC’s interests.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree. Minimum Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in a related position. Job Specific Skills: Excellent communication and customer care skills. Analytical and problem solving skills.
