Enters payroll and benefit data for active employees. Counsels employees regarding payroll issues including retirements, taxes, deductions, and vacation/sick time. Sets up run schedules for payroll; writes procedures for each payroll job Reconciles benefit withholding to statements and makes necessary corrections Printing Pay slips for all employees individually Indicating income , bonus and deductions Responsibility of the HR systems in terms of processes, reporting, communication, analysis and developing new automated systems that can serve the organization and minimize errors, time and paper work. Work in conjunction with compensation and benefits Mgr. Setting the pay policy. Develop and update compensation and benefit policies such as car policy, medical insurance, life insurance, overtime, leaves, etc Insurance - Disability/Death - Activities related to the support of both statutory and non-statutory insurance disability and death programs. Manage the overall banking relationship as related to Payroll and the coordination to introduce new personal benefits to employees (loans, credit card, open accounts, etc.)
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Commerce or computer science. • Minimum 1-2 years experience as compensation and benefit personnel. • Excellent command of English language and computer skills. • Innovative and can create and build systems. • Setting priorities and time management. • High interpersonal & communication skills. • High level of accuracy.
