Records description, value, location, & other pertinent information of each item Conducts periodic inventors to keep current and insure that the equipment is properly maintained. Distributes cost of maintenance to proper accounts Prepares statements reflecting monthly appreciated and depreciated values. Summarizes statements on annual basis for income tax purposes. Prepares schedules for amortization of buildings and equipment Develops and recommends property accounting methods to provide effective control Prepares monthly journal entry for depreciation Prepare a monthly summary sheet for the allocation of depreciation expenses of the specific tools & equipment over the specific produced models. Other fixed assets depreciation expenses sheet for monthly basis allocated over produced models. Responsible of the monthly financial closing for the related cost accounting entries Review all the work performed by the cost accountants before the posting of their entries. Implement the companys financial system. Take part in preparing a periodic statements of costing findings Take part in a periodical reports for the variance analysis and reasoning Prepare the variance reports against budget Participates in preparing periodical reports to which present to the Operation General Manager & CFO Review the actual manufacturing costs & the periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs which prepared by cost accountant Review the analysis changes report in the product design, raw materials, overhead, manufacturing methods or wages for effects upon production cost.
Qualifications SAP – Material Management full awareness. 6+ years of experience within same field (Cost accounting – Fixed assets – Warehouse controlling). BSC Commerce English.
