To develop and maintain revenue that meets his/her respective objectives by: • Coaching, planning, monitoring, controlling and developing territory team; • Generating new business by himself with regular trading patterns; • Maintaining the top 10 customers in each territory under his area of responsibility • Growing and retaining the area customer base; and • Ensuring proper communication of customer and according to company requirements. • To cascade and deploy EGYPT EXPRESS sales strategy • To achieve EGYPT annual business revenue; • To maintain and develop EGYPT EXPRESSs market share within the market of domestic shipping • To determine customer needs and provide the best service solution; • To improve and develop individuals skills through ongoing coaching (co-visits) in order to achieve Maximize revenue and margin opportunities maximum effectiveness
Qualifications • 5-7 years’ experience, out of which 2 years’ experience in people management is required (within same industry is preferable); • Knowledge of the sales pattern; • Implement personal strategies to exceed sales targets; • Marketing, sales and account management experience; • Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI’s (personal and team); and • Organizational awareness (structure and products and services).
