1.Organize and maintain paperwork (correspondences, envelopes, reports and meeting minutes) to the CEO. Coordinate CEO appointments, answer telephones and handle different situations in appropriate manner. Ensure that the notes taken within the meeting are executed within their deadlines. Prepare general secretarial duties that include processing incoming and outgoing mail,faxing,photocopying and filing documents. Enclose a phonebook that contains the phone, fax numbers for the different sectors the company deal with to ease up their contact. Provide support to the CEO administration main activities. Provide administrative services for the CEO office. Carries out responsibilities with professionalism. Handles financial and accounting matters for the chairman with confidentiality. Working knowledge of all records, policies and put the taken decision in an action plan then send it to the relevant attendees Any other duties or regulations assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.

Car owner Any
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills -Works in accordance to standards and instructions that are easy to comprehend. -Work is closely monitored by supervisor/manager. Excellent communication skills, Hard worker.
