•Manage the company’s financial, accounting and budgeting functions. •Coordinate the preparation of financial and business plans, budgets and forecasts, providing analysis of data and advice to the management team. •Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization. •Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organizations needs. •Responsible for cash management and liaise with banks on day to day operations. •Create files & Relations ships with regard to bank facilities (loans, credit lines, Project finance, etc.) •Handle overall maintenance of corporate financial records. •Maintain a complete financial reporting system. •Accounts Receivable; oversee the order-to-cash cycle. •Accounts Payable; oversee the procure-to-pay cycle, including capital expenditures. •Internal Controls and Reconciliations; responsible for documenting and establishing an environment of effective internal controls, which includes system descriptions. Also, will ensure that all bank accounts are reconciled monthly and that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a regularly basis per internal policies and procedures. The Controller will ensure proper segregation of duties with associated documentation is in place.
Qualifications •BSc degree in accounting from accredited university •From 8-10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in the same position. •Travel and tourism field back experience is preferred. •computer skills including Microsoft office.
