1. Collect and monitor all reservations from the sales team to enhance the department delivery process. 2. Collect fleet team (daily/weekly/monthly) reports to ensure the team is working according to the plan. 3. Handle the department filing process to enhance the reporting system. 4. Send meeting requests, attend department team meetings and take points of meetings to monitor the team performance. 5. Participate in presentations presented to the top management to ensure the accuracy of the data. 6. Communicating with other departments to facilitate and enhance the department requirements. 7. Filter customers data before sending to the sales team to enhance the database of the department. 8. Maintain administrative workflow by studying methods. 9. Develop reporting procedures. 10. Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices. 11. Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor Degree. 2. 1-2 years of experience. 3. Excellent user of Microsoft office applications.
