• Arrange for partners meeting and collect the agenda items from partners, and prepare the minutes. • Maintaining the calendar plan for scheduling and fixing executive meetings • Reserve E-tickets, Visas and all travel arrangements • Arranging Conferences and supporting the marketing Department in attracting more clients to enhance our business area. • Perform the tasks of managing and coordinating appointment schedules for executives, receiving and screening incoming calls, mails and faxes • ensure that all the office policies are properly communicated to the staff • Handling customers’ emails, faxes and telephone calls to meet their problems and inquiries. • Organizing and maintaining law libraries, documents, and case files. • Photocopying and maintaining stationery stock. • Answering and transferring calls, taking messages and managing emails • Responsible for direct supervision of the Receptionist • Handle staff attendance & absences records • Establishes new employees’ orientation programs • Responsible for the files opening and closing to review, make sure that all the data are included , the engagement letter or confirmation for fees by email are done and relayed to the accounts and saved in our database. • providing administrative support to the lawyers and groups
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Administration field. Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent MS Office Skills.
