     Responsibilities Description: Leadership and management of the Incident Management team and activities to assure the following tasks: 1. Following up until the end solution of the Incidents Adhere to SLAs committed and ensure proper follow up of network Incidents until closure. 2. Ensure Incidents reporting, periodical reporting. 3. Ensures appropriate action taken as a result of Incident notification. 4. Updates clients of incident status as requested or as specified in the Service Level Objectives. 5. Manage Customer Satisfaction Within Network Performance. 6. Produce regular reports on the status of the Incidents in a timely manner with up to date information on the evolving network. 7. Tracks incidents for which they are identified as the owner. 8. Escalate repetitive incidents and large nodes incidents to Problem Management function for further handling by analyzing different sources including the analysis of all historical alarms and events logs, TTs, WOs, customer support requests and relevant customer complaints. 9. Attends appropriate management service level support reviews with other internal support areas and external service providers. 10. Ensures compliance to process standards and working practices. 11. Control all shifts and transfer all data to the shift member by hold periodical meetings with them. 12. Resolves cross-functional issues that impact the operation of the team. 13. Manages day to day team workload, performance and evaluation. 14. Overall responsibility for the day to day management and coordination of the Incident Management team. 15. Defines training and development needs for individuals within the team. 16. Provides direction to improve the operation and effectiveness of the team and supports improvement ideas as appropriate.
Qualifications    Basic technical knowledge required: 1. Good knowledge in GSM, 3G and IP. 2. Good knowledge in Transmission: Microwave, Optical, Leased Lines 3. Knowledge in Network Management Systems (M2000 and LMT). 4. Good knowledge of network topology. 5. Good knowledge of network performance / configuration parameters and their interpretation and use. 6. Good knowledge about network operation processes and interfaces. 7. Good knowledge of network implementation / integration processes. Personal abilities required: 1. Good analytical and investigation technique. 2. Leadership skills in stressful situations 3. Performance Management Skills. 4. Time Management.
