Providing users with appropriate support and advice • Provides basic technical support for LAN/WAN network and devices. • Manage and provide administration tasks for AD, DHCP, DNS and Exchange server. • Installing the upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems. • Installing new hardware as PC/Servers/printers and provide basic support and maintenance. monitor and maintain the backup operation according to the regulation. • Creates and report the related IT documents which have the latest update of the IT system.
Qualifications Experience with enterprise work domain and ability to achieve its goals. • Good Knowledge of MS Windows server 2008 & 2012 setup, implementation and Active Directory troubleshooting. • Good Knowledge of Microsoft exchange 2007,2010. • Good knowledge of CISCO systems (routers , switches) • Good knowledge with HP Autoloader backup systems . • Good Knowledge of latest security tools and firewalls. • Ability to develop technical reports • Ability to work inside and outside Egypt.
