1. Review and verify invoices and payments requests. 2. Recording all accounts payable transactions in MS Axapta. 3. Prepare all vendors payments, either checks or bank transfers 4. Manual & System three ways match review for all payments. 5. Prepare all custodies payments and settlement of the plants, either PO or GL entries. 6. Proceed the advance payments to vendors upon received P.Os and according to the company policy. 7. Prepare monthly accruals and prepaid entries. 8. Participate in Balance sheet Justification for all related accounts. 9. Invoices upload & record on ERP. 10. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices 11. Assist in month end closing. 12. Supports the key objectives of enhancing safety throughout the company. 13. Perform a miscellaneous job related duties assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Accounting , Finance or Business Administration - 1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience - Excellent computer skills and MS office - Experience with ERP – Experience with MS Dynamics AX is a plus - Good team player with high analytic skills
