1- Manage the implementation Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 requirements, in clinical pathology and phytochemistry Lab. 2- Validate all methods of analysis. 3- Follow up equipment maintenance and calibration. 4- Ensure that a sufficient number of qualified personnel, appropriate facilities, equipment, and materials are available for the timely and proper conduct of the studies. 5- Ensure the maintenance of a record of the qualifications, training and job description for all lab personnel. 6- Ensure that appropriate and technically valid Standard Operating Procedures are established and followed, and approve all original and revised SOPs. 7- Follow up all tasks performed by all research executives. 8- Maintain quality of results by participating in PT programs. 9- Manage appropriate biological and chemical waste disposal methods. 10- Develop all technical SOPs required for ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation. 11- Performs other duties as assigned.
