1.Writing all shipping local correspondence. 2.Follow up all the air freight shipment for customs clearance and ensure their arrival to our warehouse. 3.Update the sales department and the senior logistic specialist by the date of order requested arrival. 4.Prepare all the documents needed for the air freight and sea shipment. 5.Prepare and update the shipment report. 6.Prepare all the data entry. 7.Requesting the money transfer for our order from the account department. 8.Follow up the governmental approval with the registration coordinator. 9.Contact clearance agency. 10.Follow up the domestic shipment. 11.Follow up with the shipping company our account (payment and invoices). 12.Responsible for all the shipping filling. 13.Generate original documents data base. 14.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree. •Very good command of English language
