Prepare and implement the Operation and maintenance schedules & plans regarding the electrical and mechanical equipment to correspond with the instructions included in the maintenance and operation manuals for the equipment to perform the periodic maintenance within the power plant to reduce the equipment downtime and increase the efficiency & availability of the operating equipment. Preparation & following up and implementation of the weekly & monthly & annual maintenance plans with the required spare parts for power plant mechanical equipment & systems and Reviewing & analysis of the power plant performance targets ( running cost vs. production) on monthly and annual basis. Follow-up and achieve the plant target operation profiles within the plant annual budget. Work on trouble shooting and solving the operation problems to reduce the downtime of the plants equipment and carry out technical support to the operation team to minimize the plant downtime in order to achieve the continuity of operation to the power plant and to achieve the target performance. Transfer the experience gained from training courses to the technicians to develop their performance and increase their professionalism. Prepare the necessary annual spare parts plan required for the power plant
Qualifications Electrical or Mechanical Engineer Excellent communication skills

Education major Engineering
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Experience in the field of power plants. Experience in the same field from 3 to 9 years
