Facility Management - Operations Coordinator •Maintain FM management systems for site based operations to ensure that they are appropriate logged and reported. •Plan and manage the work of Sector/ Site Managers so that work are completed to the best standard and on time, in compliance with company procedures and within required timescales. •Raise purchase orders for equipment and subcontractors in line with company procedures •Review customer accounts to ensure order limits are not exceeded and obtain uplifts where required. •Challenging and processing subcontractor’s invoices, liaising with the other departments for missing information such as worksheets and certificates and having an understanding of material costs to ensure an accurate margin is achieved. •Administration duties including ordering of materials, assisting with time sheeting obtaining uplifts and compiling basic quotations. •Check purchase orders & times sheets for materials purchased to ensure items are charged to the client at required mark-up percentages •Knowledge of rates and charging parameters •Ensuring asset details and condition are correct before processing. •Ensuring that the required manpower is sufficient for smooth operation as per contract agreement liaising with HR Dept.
Qualifications •Previous experience in a similar facilities role •Excellent communication skills •Experience of supervising a team •Proven years of operations experience of facilities management or service delivery (such as Pest control, MEP, Security and Housekeeping) •People management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels •Proficiency using MS. Office package & and very good using English language •Bachelor Degree in any discipline
