1. Process suppliers’ invoices verifications and payments in accordance with SG relevant policies and procedures and review all vouchers prepared by junior and plants accountants. 2. Review and post all vendors payments, either checks or bank transfers 3. Manual & Systematic three ways match review for all payments. 4. Review all POs according to the authorization matrix and related contracts. 5. Review and post all permanent custodies settlement and payment to the plants, either PO or GL entries. 6. Co-ordinate with asset controller for CAPEX related payments. 7. Prepare Balance sheet Justification for all related accounts, justify monthly accruals and prepayment accounts. 8. Follow up vendors’ advances and aging. 9. Post vendors invoices and all payment transactions on ERP (MS Axapta). 10. Reconcile vendors statements, research and correct discrepancies 11. Assist in month end closing. 12. -Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and Procedures. 13. -Close & reconcile A/P related GL accounts on timely basis at month end. 14. May supervise and/or lead lower graded staff. 15. Responsible for analysis of all related accounts: 16. Supports the key objectives of enhancing safety throughout the company. 17. Perform a miscellaneous job related duties assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration - 6 to 9 years of accounting experience - Experience with ERP – Experience with MS Dynamics AX is a plus - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent computer skills and MS office
