Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process. Essential Duties • Evaluate & Improve production processes • Develop innovative solutions • Optimizing production processes • Process Layout and new products introduction. • Securing one piece flow in the production areas. • Identifying the bottlenecks and prioritizing the different solutions. • Maintaining and updating the product technical data, specification, BOM and routing. • Managing the product quality improvement projects based on the after sales and quality teams feedback. Additional / Special Duties • Coordinate with the tooling section with the needed specs/tooling • Managing the process of the manufacturing cells within safe working environment, and achieving quality standards while having optimum productivity • Designing and implementing changes in manufacturing cells. • Supervise the lab operators • Compliance of S/H/E processes
Qualifications Team spirit, leadership skills, self motivated.
