Responsible for the following:- 1-Have a wide experience in the area of machine spare parts. 2- Item cost understanding and prices negotiation with supplier. 3- Manage and follow up local and foreign orders. 4-Plan purchasing activities and Control purchasing budgets. 5-Performing cost benefit analysis and identifying cost inefficiencies and savings opportunities. 6- Analyze market and Prepare reports regarding market. 7-Develop cost model, purchasing files and price lists. Maintain and build suppliers pool and analyze supplier. 8-Receive and analyze purchase requests prior to commitment to ensure they are in accordance with policies and procedures and they are not already a stocked items and Locate vendors of materials or supplies and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales. 9- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. 10- Sending purchase orders to suppliers and receiving suppliers’ invoices. 11- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery and. Respond to supplier inquiries about order status changes or cancellations. Issue purchase report reflecting the status of purchase orders opened and closed ones. 12- Presentable for preparing steering monthly presentation.
Qualifications Have 5 to 7 years in Purchasing. At least 3 years in packaging equipment or packaging spare parts. - Good in English and Ms. Office. - Team Leader. - SAP "ERP" system awareness. - Working under pressure. - Excellent decision making and negotiation skills. - Preferable residence in 6 of October or Giza districts.
