• Manage Project management tools & databases and ensure data is up to date • Support in the projects monthly reporting • Coordinate with internal team on technical and financial requirements • Manage consultants relationship pre - , during and post project • Identify relevant associate consultants, develop contracts and communicate clearly with each about deliverables, daily rates and client expectations • Attend client/project meetings and develop minutes of meetings and ensure messages relayed to stakeholders as needed • Participate in project stakeholders communication and management • Participate & actively contribute to project technical discussions and reporting • Support in the development of presentations and reports • Support in the identification of business development opportunities with existing & potential clients
Qualifications • BA or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, and any other relevant discipline • Excellent computer skills with working experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multi tasks and deliver on time. • Strong research and analytical skills
