1.Responsible for following up all project`s orders and ensure that all requirements are met, whilst, applying Agility standard policies, Guidelines and Contract and all relevant agreed standard operating procedures. 2.Receive all network jobs and handling all system related procedures, timely 3.Receive the documents from the shippers and review it with all involved departments in order to confirm that all in good order. 4.Implement operational efficiency improvements which include, but are not limited to, standardization of systems, quality control, and customer satisfaction, KPI’s. 5.Ensure that all invoices are issued correctly and its amounts are matched with contracts/offers. 6.Ensure that any admin requirements which are related to the customs clearance process will be handled correctly & without any delay. 7.Responsible to generate a daily report for all running orders indicating their current status. 8.Responsible to update the projects team on monthly basis with the cost/profit/revenue. 9.Collect necessary rates liaising with respected domestic departments (Air, Ocean, Distribution, and Haulage).

Other Skills Problem Solving Communication skills Very good in MS Office
