1- Generate leads of buyers & sellers using all available tools 2-Meeting with clients to know their needs & answer their inquiries . 3-visit properties to assess them & to do the market research . 5- Prepare documents such as contracts , purchase & lease agreements 6- Promote sales of properties through advertisements , exhibition , & remax.com.eg 7- accompany buyers during visits to & inspections of property & advising them . 8-arrange meetings between buyers & sellers to negotiate details of transactions , contracts , & documents . 9-review property listings -Tools & benefits : 1- A professional training program ( all about real estate industry) – taken within the first 6 months of hiring date. 2- A wide supportive network among all Re/Max offices in Egypt 3- Intensive marketing support in the first 3 months 4- Very advanced CRM system. 5- Very high commission ( starts from 50 % ) 6- Flexible working hours
Qualifications 1. Sales background needed ( preferably in real estate industry) 2. Excellent communications & presentation skills 3. Independent & self motivated 4. Owning a car is a must
