Purchasing: •Supervise on purchasing staff to ensure that all tasks and performance is cleared and aligned with company strategy. •Participate and assist on preparing purchasing plan aligned with company strategy. •Distributes tasks clearly according to PR priority. •Receive purchasing requisitions form P&IC department. •Follow up with requester, material substitution to confirm PR or alternative decision. •Analyze prices, delivery time, quality species and payment terms to meet the company requirements. •Follow up executing purchase requisitions into official purchase order according to company policy and standards. •Maintain update records of POs, follow up deliveries. •Follow up claims until they get solved. •Maintain smooth well planned delivery for the required items to avoid any delay. Logistics: *Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments *Working with all other Departments (Sales and Finance on Logistic/Shipment matters) *Working with vendors and carriers for Shipment related matters *Conduct periodic stock takes / reconciliations inventory movements and balances *Handling documentation and compliances work related to Shipment/Logistics matters
Qualifications BSc. from a reputable university,2-5 years of experience in Purchasing & Logistics filed. -Planning skill. -Leadership skill. -Good communication skills. -Good Negotiation skills. -Good Presentation skills. -Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
