• Complete responsibility for filing and archiving system for all GMP documents and for maintaining the robust documentation system in QA department. • Issue, maintain and writing SOPs concerning QA department or other departments. • Responsible for document control and record control activities. • Issuing, stamping and distribution of controlled documents and withdrawing the obsolete and invalid versions including: approved procedures and SOPs, specifications, methods of analysis, batch records, protocols and plans. • Assuring the destruction of all obsolete copies in keeping the original SOP stamped with Cancelled. • Securing accessibility of all the documents available in QA department. • Performing all the required document changes of the new versions for official documents of all departments. • Verifying that the documentation system is in place and well maintained. • Preparing the approved document list and preparing the document status on regular basis. • Receiving, documenting and filing of all GMP documents and completing various administration duties of the QA department. • Doing any other relevant work in department when needed.
Qualifications .1 General: o Suitable university degree preferred to be B.Sc. of Pharmacy or Science. o Not less than 2 years in a similar position. .2 Technical: o Very good understanding of the rules ISO and document control procedures. o Good know-how of documentation. o High organizing skills. o Fast typing and very good use of Microsoft word and excel.
