Investigate, evaluate, and research customer complaints and assists in the responses and corrective actions • Complete daily operational checklists and verify that corrective actions are handled promptly. • Research, train, and assist in compliance with Government, third party, and customer requirements and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. • Assists in managing, maintaining documentation, testing, and final disposition of in-process hold and rework products as well as final disposition of finish good products for shipment • Recommends changes in procedures, standards, test methods and equipment to improve quality • Trains QA techs and plant employees on Quality Policy, GMP’s, Food Defense & HACCP. • Complete monthly GMP audit and issues reports to appropriate people. • Maintain cleanliness on line and 5S standards. Equipment and work areas must be kept organized, clean throughout the shift. Ensure proper care of equipment. • Support, and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, preventative maintenance programs. • Follow all company policies and procedures. • applying ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 18001 and get the certification.
Qualifications 3 - 5 Years of experience • Previous experience in the field of FMCG is highly required. • Strong Communication skills
