     Has a strategic role in identifying, attracting and on-boarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. Responsible for leading all operational aspects of Talent Acquisition department strategy. - Assist in setting the annual Manpower and manage the annual recruitment budget. - Utilize statistical techniques to analyze various sources of data to develop and maintain key performance metrics, evaluate trends, and to manage staff to appropriate metrics to drive behaviors. - Compile, analyze, and utilize data relating to recruiting, performance, and retention; identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures. - Create and implement key success metrics, processes, and tools to measure the on-going effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting staff; coach and motivate recruiting team. - Analyze data, historical trends, and internal feedback on an ongoing basis to identify recruitment needs. - Provide regular and proactive communication to senior level management staff on recruitment priorities and progress. - Manage all external recruiting relationships and activities, including outsourcing companies and recruitment agencies. - Perform all sourcing and recruitment activities related to senior level recruitment efforts. - Conduct job interviews for the managerial and key positions in the organization. - Evaluate viable candidates by identifying necessary skills and core competencies, developing relevant interview questions to assess candidate knowledge, skill, and position fit with future growth and business objectives, and utilizing appropriate selection techniques. - Provide expert guidance, facilitation and collaboration for hiring managers to recruit, identify, select, on-board, and retain highly skilled and diverse candidates. - Conduct exit interviews; identify trends based on feedback on exit interviews; report information and recommendations. - Participate in HR department development projects.
Qualifications    - Bachelors degree. - Post graduate study in HR is a must. - Minimum (5) years of experience, at least (1) of them in a similar position. - Excellent leadership skills. - Excellent communication skills.
