•Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients. •Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific services can meet these needs. •Help customers select from our Services Range based on the customers needs, specifications, and regulations. •Answer customers questions about prices, availability, and service uses •Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service/ maintenance agreements •Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing after approval •Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information •Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with granted services and to answer any questions or concerns •Stay up-to-date on new services and changes granted by other competitors •Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts •Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in any discipline Proficiency using MS. Office package •Holding certificates in marketing, communications, business, and negotiation are helpful. •For those who have a proven record of successfully selling other services, educational requirements are not likely to be strict.
