Prospecting,researching and highlighting target customers for new business opportunities. Achieve sales targets. Weekly reports for line manager. Communicates, & cascades down the yearly sales plan to his subordinates. Monitors and supervises through regular meetings, the performance of the sales force, ensuring the team is efficiently performing towards achieving the sales targets. Creating detailed proposal documents and presentations, often as part of a formal sales process.
Qualifications Bachelor degree from a well-known university. Effective people skills, high level verbal & written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and ability to handle stress. Have a good real estate background and familiar with new home sales Must have effective oral and written skills. Always well informed about available finance, interest rates, minimum down payment required and the latest financial trends in the market. Must have knowledge on legal issues pertaining to sale of properties. Must be able to work under pressure (Launches) and meet deadlines. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
