Sending out information. 6. Maintaining a database of those expressing an interest in Mercedes-Benz products. 7. General source of information for customers.
Qualifications customer support related function, preferably in the automotive industry. Knowledge of the brand / MB service quality standards. Good PC knowledge. Bi-lingual (English and Arabic). Excellent communication and telephone manners. Highly organized
