     •Develops strategy for marketing and advertising for Public and Private Trainings.•Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;•Handling the sales function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish•Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Egypt.•Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.•Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales meetings, and sales newsletters•Provides leadership for the public and private training function•Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.•Prepares marketing plan and achieves agreed targets and achieve planned targets•Increases turnover in areas of specialties such as Public/ Private/ International•Tenders of relevant public and privates contracts successfully•Generates reports on performance, improvements and areas for future development•Negotiates with key clients and oversees training related subject matter•Develops both existing and new income streams as required•Creates continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency,reduce costs,drive sales and increase profitability
Qualifications    The candidates should ideally possess the following as a baseline: o Proven track record of achievements in sales function o Clearly understand a margin driven sales unit oExcellent in teamwork and communication skills o Possess leadership skills o Achiever- target and result-oriented o University Degree qualification o Minimum of 5 years of relevant job o industry/training and consulting services experience dealing with cross sectors clients oBilingual (Arabic/English) - must be fluent in both o Excellent presentation skills and documentation capabilities o Superior communication skills
