Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc) • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits • Schedule trainings for employees and meet with department heads to know their training needs • Responsible on everything related to induction program for new comers
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. •Experience from 3-5 years. •Excellent Communication Skills •Basic Analytical Skills •Attention to Details •Administration Skills •Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software. •High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. •Knowledge of office administration procedures
