• Preparation of bid schedules • Evaluates the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documentation regarding requirements for scheduling and identifies deviations to the standard discipline tools, procedures and practices • Contributes to preparation of bid deviation lists and participates in bid clarifications with client, partners and sub-contractors • Obtains the required project-specific schedule input from each responsible proposal team member • Develops the bid schedule and discusses and agrees with the proposal team for release by the PLX • Provides other proposal documentation as required by the PLX • Preparation of schedules for project execution • Schedule maintenance (progress assessment, update and analysis) • Reporting • Provides support for the external project status report(s) to the PM • Provides support for the monthly internal project status report to the PM and the Project Commercial Manager (PCO) • Provides support for the weekly construction progress report to the SM • Provides support to other project-specific reports as required by the contract / as defined by the PM • Prepares a schedule analysis report and a close-out report
Qualifications • Ensures that all activities are performed in a safe manner and do not contravene corporate HSE policies and any statutory requirements • Interacts and communicates with project key stakeholders according to the project communication plan and on an as-needed basis • Communicates the project-specific input requirements for scheduling • Participates in internal and external review meetings and prepares the required documentation • Provides guidance to the project team and site construction team on an as-needed basis with respect to scheduling and progress assessment issues • Contributes to knowledge management activities (Lessons Learnt)
