     Sales order processing: • Create sales order based on the Account manager data • Align selling of each product with the cost as per BU requirements • Follow up BU approval • Handle any delay in sales order with AM & BU • Report on monthly basis the progress of the average approval cycle • Track the companies orders and report it • Complete ownership of the sales order till final approval • Escalation for any delay in the approval II- Letter of Credit (LG) • Create LG request • Follow up LG till finance processing • Follow –up LG creation with treasury • Inform the Finance to return LG in case of lost opportunities II- Sales reports • Report on monthly basis the progress of the New Orders based on BL and per AM. • Revise the opportunities status with the AMs III – Social insurance of contracts: • Report the new requirement for the owner of social insurance • Track the progress till finalizing the insurance document • Keep record and files on this topic
