Make sure that company documents are accurate, clear, complete, current and stored appropriately. Develop and update online HTML. Create Product and Training Documentation. Use well-written language, which communicates efficiently to different end-users. Create documentation project plans and timelines. Interview technical resources to collect and interpret input and outline relevant content. Publish information on company portal, and make it easily accessible. Search for or capture relevant graphics and screenshots for documentation. Proofread documents and edit texts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation and style. Update documents to reflect new changes Maintain links between product documents and product releases. Ensure adherence to established standards for format giving consideration to usability, consistency and quality. Ensure standardization of documentation produced in terms of structure and content. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials using appropriate technology.

Other Skills (2-4 years) experience - Able to use DTP tools and MS Office. - Experience with help authoring tools - Strong English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong interpersonal and listening skills. - Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts - Self-managed, highly motivated and has a strong drive for results - Team work - Well organized - Self-motivated
