Take the lead in project design and development; Prepare Requisitions and Terms of Reference; Develop requests for proposals and tender dossiers; Prepare contract documentation and obtain approval; Form part of the evaluation team to assess proposals; Promote component initiatives to stakeholders; Handle enquiries of potential and existing clients; Coordinate activities of consultants; Monitor project implementation; Maintain files and information in good order; Contribute to program and project meetings; Prepare program coordination reports; Report regularly on progress to program manager and to sector head; Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications • B.sc of Textile Engineering or Applied Arts(Textile specialization or Apparel); • A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Textile industries (preferable Multinational background); • Work knowledge of textile sub sectors; • Strong presentation & communication skills; • Self motivated & result oriented; • Highly organized & reporting skills; • Excellent command of English (additional language is a plus); • Proficient user of MS package with focus on (Word , Excel , PowerPoint); • Hands on experience and field visits; • Working knowledge of the industrial sector in Egypt is a must
