Qualifications 1-2 years experience in the software development field ( preferably SQL and CRM solutions) • Basic knowledge of CRM solutions, customer management applications & and computer systems • Work experience in application support • Have a background in reading & writing SQL queries • Familiar with crystal reports is a plus • Application testing knowledge is a plus • Knowledge of sales distribution cycle is a plus • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts is a plus • High communication skills • Ability to multi-task, adapt, and be flexible • Basic coaching skills. • Understand and apply some diagnosis skills • Establishes clear and adequate documentation.
