Job Level Managerial
Responsible for updating the Business Development Process Plan. Drives and develops medium and short-term plans and programs to manage and achieve the anticipated company goals and targets Prepare engineering project reports, as may be required. Prepares periodic reports regarding the technical office department activities and achievements to be submitted to the chief engineering officer on monthly basis or when required. Responsible for submitting the documentation regarding company’s capabilities in order to get pre-qualified / enlisted for general or particular projects. Responsible for communicating Invitations to Tenders to Tendering, and adding his/her comments to the Authorization to Bid Forms before Tendering issue such form to the PCP CM. Responsible for “No Bid” Letters to the Client based upon the CM instructions, and the LOA which he/she receives from the Client to the Operations Team. Responsible for Creating communications programs that effectively describe and promote PCP and its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products. Researches and develops content for publication of products with the help of the BD Section Head and the Graphics Designer.
Qualifications Bachelor in Engineering preferred A minimum of 7+ years’ experience

Other Skills attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Commercial awareness of tendering processes with a sound understanding of business development. Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy. Strong writing and proof reading skills. Extensive negotiation, influencing and decision making skills. Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Able to identify opportunities for further business development. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time. Quality focused. Flexible with working hours to ensure deadlines are met.
Salary (L.E.) 10,000 – 15,000
