Receiving all telephone calls and classifying them. 6. Preparation of all reports to the Managing Director. 7. Preparation of the agenda of the managing director and the audience meetings when needed. 8. Follow-up to provide the needs of the Managing Director Office of stationery and hospitality. 9. make sure to maintain the confidentiality of information and documents added by director. 10. Follow-up and review correspondence issued by the Office of the Managing Director 11. The application of policies and operating procedures. 12. The implementation of all entrusted with the additional tasks by direct manager
Qualifications Bachelor Degree. Proficiency in computer skills
