Understanding customer needs and effectively offering resolution to the customers and escalating issues to concerned parties / interrelated department if needed. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and other staff members Receiving & handling all customer queries and complaints. Receive all type of customer request and being a centralized focal point of co-ordination between customer & interrelated departments to ensure that their request are implemented in timely / monitored manners within a unified requirements and sequence . Maintaining records of daily transactions. Executing consolidation, upgrade, downgrade cancel and transfer and refund cases. Following up on escalated cases of defaulting cheques/ late payment by customer accounts and sales and recommend cases for t termination. Conducting meetings and site visits with customers in a one to one or in a group base to negotiate appropriate deals and reschedule scenarios. Handle other tasks as per direct superior assignment.
Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills . •Ability to handle angry customers on a face to face base . •Ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval . •Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team •Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions
