     •Assist the DOO in the day-to-day operation of the department as required. •Schedule and arrange all appointments with Tenants whenever needed. •Organize; maintain, manage and supervise daily operation during the absent of the management. •Arrange and handles mails related to daily operation. •Type reports, memos, emails and other correspondence as requested. “Duty manger log book, schedules of openings and closing, tour of the mall, check lists.. •Report any deficiencies during operation hours and coordination with all concerned to overcome any challenges. •Maintain the relation with tenants and mall Management team. •Find ways to measure client’s satisfaction and improve services; handling face-to-face enquiries from customers. •Investigate and solve clients problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants. •Handle clients complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill •Ensures work area of offices / secretary neat and tidy. •Routine correspondence for DOO. •Decision making, problem solving, setting priorities, working under stress, time management are mandatory competencies. •Good Knowledge of all related engineering responsibilities. •Develop a good relation with all local Authorizes. •Manage, supervise, and schedule with coordination of all department heads third parties . •Complies with Raya’s health, safety & Hygiene policy. •Control Daily Operation and coordinate all concerned. •Cover the Operation management Team whenever needed. •Deal with Tenants and corresponds to them all activities of the mall operation
Qualifications    •Minimum of 2 years executive administration experience, preferably within a same field environment. •Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Professional telephone manner and demeanor with a natural response to ‘smile’ on the phone. •Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (composing faxes, letters).
