     1. Responsible for supervising the office boys with regards to: - The shifts schedule. - Work organization and tasks distribution on team. - Vacations schedule - Checking the absenteeism of the team With administration manager approval and reporting in case of any disorder. 2. Prepares daily reports to the administration manger with regards to implementation of Cleaning, Security and Maintenance…etc. 3. Prepares weekly reports to the administration manager with regards to agriculture and anti –insects and hygienic. 4. Checks the absenteeism of the members of companies that provide continuous service ( maintenance- cleaning - security- agriculture- anti-insect) 5. Contacts the companies in case of lateness of any of their team members. 6. Contacts the companies that provide season services (curtains- refrigerators- etc…) 7. Escorting the VIP visitors to their destination. 8. to ensure that everything is clean and in good shape.
Qualifications    Required skills, expertise & Knowledge: -Functional Level: Organization Skills. -Interpersonal Level: Excellent communication skills. -Educational Background: BA in any degree. -Professional Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience
